Nach spontaner Entscheidung beim Fruehstueck, sind wir dann nochmal weiter in einen Bus nach Phuket umgestiegen. Auf diesem Weg haben wir eine Lehrstunde bekommen ueber: "Richtig Blutsaugen, wie mache ich Touris am elegantesten das Portemonnaie leer." Gab es doch einen richtigen Stinker, der es zuerst bei uns versucht hatte, ueber das Gepaeck ein paar mehr Scheine einzustecken. Nach diesem Misserfolg wurde er warm. Alle Weiteren, die er unterwegs eingesammelt hat, hat er gleich mal das Doppelte oder Dreifache des normalen Preises abverlangt. Die meisten haben es (wahrscheinlich ohne es ernsthaft zu merken), gerne gegeben. Einer war damit nicht einverstanden und wurde auch laut. Kollege hat ihm dann die Tuer gezeigt und dem Busfahrer (seinem Kumpel) was vorgerufen. Der hat aber nicht gehalten und sie haben sich auf "nur" das Doppelte des normalen Fahrpreises geeinigt. Selbst auf meinen Rat und die Schilderung der Ereignisse hat sich mein engl. Nachbar nicht auf einen Streit einlassen wollen und auch das Doppelte bezahlt. Weitere folgten und obwohl eine gute Kommunikation und Gruppenstaerke unter den Opfern vorlag, haben sie schlussendlich nix dagegen unternommen und auf der naechsten Busfahrt wird es also "Business as usual" bleiben.

In keinem anderen Land war das Ausleihen von Motorraedern oder Mopeds bis jetzt so guenstig wie hier. Zwischen 4-5 Euro muss man bezahlen, um damit einen Tag zu verbringen. Das letzte hier in Krabi hatte knapp ueber 200 km auf der Uhr und ich konnte es sogar noch mit einfahren. Das erste Mal schalten ohne eine Kupplung ziehen zu muessen, auch fuer mich Neuland. Auf 100 km verbraucht die 110er oder 125er so um die 1,5 Liter Normalbenzin, bei forscher Handhabung viell. auch mal 2 L. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt.
Also haben wir es uns nicht nehmen lassen, einige Tage so die Gegend rund um Phuket und Krabi zu erkunden. Vorsicht ist nur geboten bei einer Pinkelpause am falschen Ort.
